Handset Deductibles

MetroPCS does not penalize you for having a PDA for example, and deductibles are only as high as $85. Compare that to other carriers that charge more for insurance and a higher deductible for similarly priced handsets!

You may file claims online and have the convenience of reading the materials in English or Spanish

Remember: For only $4.00 a month, your wireless equipment, standard charger, standard cigarette lighter adapter and standard leather case are all protected.

This monthly fee covers premium, administrative and processing fees.

In the event of loss, theft, damage or malfunction after the manufacturer’s warranty expires, you’ll have a replacement in your hands fast-usually within 72 hours.

A $35, $50 or $85 non-refundable deductible based on the phone model is due at the time the replacement is approved.

MetroGUARD is only available on the day on which you purchase your new equipment and activate service or on the day you purchase new equipment from MetroPCS on your existing account.
